摘 要:【目的】研究杏品种杏仁油提取率,为新疆杏仁资源的开发利用以及杏仁油的生产加工提供理论依据。【方法】采用超声波提取法对新疆主栽杏及产量较大的小白杏进行单因素和正交试验,对超声波提取工艺进行了优化。【结果】得出杏仁油的最佳提取条件是:提取溶剂为石油醚、提取时间25min、提取温度25℃、提取功率250W、料液比为1:6、提取次数为1次。【结论】最佳试验提取条件下甜仁红杏、小白杏、大红杏、大果胡、树上干、早熟黑叶杏和阿克玉里克杏仁油提取率分别为80.97%、78.02%、76.54%、75.27%、72.87%、72.13%和71.11%。与传统提取方法相比,超声波提取法具有节省时间、环保节能、提取效率高和控制方便等优点。[Objective]The extraction rates of almond oil of different kind from apricot cultivars in Xinjiang were studied to provide a theoretical basis for the exploitation of Xinjiang apricot resources and almond oil production.[Method]the single factor and orthogonal experiment design were used to study the optimization extraction conditions of Xiaobaixing almond oil by using ultrasonic extracting technology and to improve the ultrasonic almond oil extracting technology.[Result]The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction solvent is petroleum ether,extraction time is 25min,extraction temperature is 25℃,ultrasonic power is 250 W,the ratio of solid to liquid is 1:6 and extraction times is 1 time.[Conclusion] the extraction rates of almond oil of Tianrenhongxing,Xiaobaixing,Dahongxing,Daguohu,Shushanggan,Zaoshuheiyexing,Akeyukeli were 80.97%,78.02%,76.54%,75.27%,72.87%,72.13%,71.11% respectively under the optimum conditions.Compared with the traditionalethanol extraction,the Ultrasonic wave extraction has much superiority such as saving time and energy,more efficient,easy control and so on.
