摘  要:对几种经济虾、蟹、鱼的运输方法进行了研究,试验结果表明,凡纳滨对虾在17℃时,经7 h喷雾干法运输试验,成活率达78.6%,脊尾白虾在10℃时,经6 h干法运输试验,成活率达85.4%;雾化干法适宜2种虾的短途运输。淋浴法运输试验表明,凡纳滨对虾最适运输温度为17℃,经44 h试验,成活率达93.3%;脊尾白虾适宜运输温度为10℃,经44 h试验成活率达92.5%;淋浴法适合长距离运输。梭子蟹采用雾化干法和活水车运输的最适温度均为5℃,成活率分别为93.3%和98.6%。大黄鱼、美国红鱼、鲈鱼、黑鲷适宜采用活水车运输,10℃时经24 h运输成活率均超过90%。Several kinds of transportation methods of fish,shrimp and shellfish were investigated.The survival rate of 78.6% was observed in Pacific white leg shrimp Litopenaes vannamei during 7 hours of transportation by spray at water temperature of 17 ℃,and the survival rate of 85.4% in shrimp Palaemon carinicauda at the temperature of 10 ℃ during 6 hours of transportation by spray.The spray-transport was found to be more suitable for the short-distance transport of the shrimp species.The shower-transport test showed that the optimal transport temperature was 17 ℃ for the Pacific white leg shrimp,with survival rate of up to 93.3% during 44 hours of transportation and that the optimal temperature 10 ℃ for Palaemon carinicauda,with survival rate of 92.5% during 44 hours,indicating that the shower-transportation was suitable for long-distance transportation.The optimal temperature was 5 ℃ for swimming crab(Portunus trituberculatus) transportation by the spray-transportation(survival rate of 93.5%)and flowing-water transportation(98.6%).The flowing-water transportation was suitable for transportation of large yellow croaker(Pseudosciaena crocea),red drum(Sciaenops ocellatus),Japanese perch(Lateolabrax japonicus)and black bream(Sparus macrocephalus) with survival rate of over 90% at 10 ℃.
