摘　　要：从高职院校现有就业体系状况出发,通过分析,重点从就业指导机构的设置、职业指导课程的创建、就业指导队伍的完善、就业渠道的拓展以及评价与考核体系的实施等方面探析了加强和改进高职学生就业指导工作体系的对策与建议。The analysis of vocational college students＇ vocational development with emphasis on the establishment of their vocational development supervision organizations,the construction of vocational development curriculum,the perfection of their vocational supervision personnel,the extention of their vocational development channels,the execution of evaluation systems helps to find out advice on measures to strengthen and improve the working mechanisms for vocational college students＇ vocational development supervision.
