摘 要:对学缘结构的内涵、分类及其现状和存在弊端进行闸述的基础上,深入分析了学缘结构与多样性之间的内在联系,提出利用生物多样性指数对学缘结构进行定量化评价,并进一步运用GM(1,1)模型对学缘结构变化趋势进行预测,从而为师资队伍学缘结构的评价与预测方法提供了新的思路。Consanguinity structure of scholarships is an important index to assess level and creating power of teacher staff,and also foundation for making plan and construction of teacher staff.On the basis of expounding the connotation,classfication as well as existing circumstances and disadvantages of consanguinity structure of scholarships,the inner relationships between consanguinity structure of scholarships and diversity are deep analyzed,quantitative assessment by bio-diversity index is presented.By utilizing GM(1,1),the dynamics of consanguinity structure of scholarships is forecast.Thus,the new ideas to assess and predict the consanguinity structure of scholarships are offered.
