摘 要:以某型轿车为例,综合考虑弯曲刚度及侧面耐撞性能,进行车身结构轻量化研究。为提升计算效率,利用支持向量回归方法建立各项性能指标的近似模型,避免了整车碰撞优化方法计算量大、收敛缓慢的缺点。之后,通过结合自适应过程的优化方法,在保证各项性能要求的前提下,优化车身零件厚度和材料特性参数,从而实现车身结构的轻量化,减轻质量9.1kg,轻量化效果达5.44%。By concurrently considering both bending stiffness and side crashworthiness,a study on the lightweight design of a specific car is conducted.For enhancing computing efficiency,support vector regression technique is used to construct metamodels for performance indicators,thus avoiding the defects of huge computation efforts and slow convergence in the optimization of complete vehicle crash.Then by optimization combined with adaptive process,the thickness and material property parameters of auto panels are optimized on the promise of meeting the requirements of both stiffness and side crashworthiness,and hence the lightweighting of car body structure is realized with a 9.1kg reduction in body mass achieved,corresponding to 5.44% of lightweighting effect.
