摘  要:造就一支结构合理、素质优良的社会工作人才队伍,是构建和谐社会的迫切需要。立体实践教学模式的要义就在于针对不同级的学生采取"分步推进"的策略,有的放矢地逐步提高学生的社会实践能力和创新能力。通过优化社会工作专业实验教学平台,探索创新型社会工作人才的实验教学体系。以充分调动社工专业学生实验和实习的积极性、创造性为手段,激发他们拥有实验的创新欲望和创新理念。社会工作专业立体实践教学体系更加注重学生在就业求职时的竞争力,造就高层次的创新型社工人才。It is urgently needed to create a rational structure,high-quality personnel in major of social work for building harmonious society.The essence of three-dimensional teaching practice model lies in adopting a "step-by-step forward" strategy for the different levels students,and targeted to gradually improve the ability of social practice and innovation of students.By optimizing the experimental teaching platform of social work profession,an innovative experimental teaching system was explored.In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of experiments and practice of students,as a means to stimulate their innovation desires and innovative ideas on experiment,the social work profession three-dimensional system of practical teaching more emphasis the competitiveness of students in seeking employment,and create innovative high-level social work professionals.
