高校教师职业压力状况调查及其应对方式分析

摘　　要：随着经济全球化的推动和世界贸易组织的发展,世界各国的高等教育都在进行变革与创新,教师正面临着适应新的教育体制、提高教学能力、接受新知识、新技术的巨大挑战和压力。通过对浙江大学515名教师进行了调查,在此基础上描述了高校教师的压力、职业压力现状、压力对教师造成的负面影响及压力给教师身心带来的不适反应,分析了压力产生的原因,了解了教师对压力的应对方式。为维护高校教师身心健康、推动高校考核制度改革、完善教师激励机制提供了决策依据。In the context of globalization and trade worldwide, great changes and innovations have taken place in world higher education, and correspondingly, university teachers are facing challenges in meeting the needs of the new education system, improving teaching ability, acquiring new knowledge, and learning new technologies. Based on a survey of 515 teachers in Zhejiang University, the present author describes the pres- sure on university teachers, the current situation of professional pressure, its negative impacts on teachers, and physical and psychological discomfort caused by the pressure, analyzes the causes of the stress, and in- vestigates the countermeasures, providing decision - making basis for maintaining college teachers＂ mental health, promoting the reform of university assessing system and improving teacher incentive mechanism.
