摘　　要：在高校继续教育教材的运作管理过程中,普教化现象普遍存在。高校应从自身实际出发,建立一支高质量的专兼职相结合的成教师资队伍,尽快编写并推出具有成人高教特色的专用教材,并根据成人教育招生的特点,增强教材征订的计划性、规范性和科学性。着力提升成教教材管理人员的素质,增强管理理念,强化管理,努力使成教教材的管理逐步规范化、科学化、现代化。In the operation of education materials management process for university continuing education,the general cultivation is widespread.Universities should establish a high quality part-time and professional teacher team,and introduce as soon as possible special material with characteristics of adult education.Textbook subscription planning,and specification should be reinforced.Efforts should be enhanced in the management of adult education teaching quality,and management concept strengthening to make education materials management more standardized,scientific and modern.
