摘　　要：高职院校就业指导工作在实现人才培养目标和满足社会需要等方面起着重要作用。根据高职院校发展实际,应注重在实践中探索适合高职教育就业指导的方式方法,转变就业指导教育理念,加强就业指导队伍建设,构建全员参与的就业指导组织机构,加强就业指导调研与校企合作,提高就业指导实效。The task of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in implementing the talents-training ob-jective and meeting the needs of the society.Based on the reality of the higher vocational colleges＇development,it is neces-sary for the higher vocational colleges to explore and improve a set of methods of employment guidance which is suitable for higher vocational colleges and reform the conceptions of employment guidance,enhance the team development,improve the actual effect of the employment guidance to guarantee the quality of employment guidance.
