高职院校“大学生素质拓展计划”学分制建设的设计与实践——基于校本案例的研究

摘　　要：在高职教育"一技之长+综合素质"人才培养目标和国家示范性高职院校建设的指导下,构建以基于职业能力与生涯发展的大学生素质拓展计划为统揽的素质教育体系,通过"思想素质教育"、"职业素质教育"和"身心素质教育"的分类,针对理论和实践课程,实施学时学分制和积点换算学分制,探索学生素质拓展活动的课程学分制建设,进一步完善素质教育课程体系。Under the guidance of the policy of ＂proficiency in a particular field plus comprehensive quality＂ of talents-cultivating objec-tive and the national model higher vocational colleges＇ construction,the paper tries to construct a quality education system based on the students＇vocational abilities and career development by ＂ideological education＂,＂vocational quality education＂ and ＂physical and mental quality education＂,changing accumulated points into credit to explore the construction of curricu-lum credit system of students＇ quality prolongation activities to perfect the quality education curriculum system.
