摘　　要：高校贫困生的心理健康问题已日益引起全社会的关注,成为心理学的重要研究领域之一。心理弹性作为个体自我保护的本能,可以帮助贫困生积极应对压力和成功克服逆境。贫困生心理弹性的高低,取决于自我认知、归因方式、情绪管理能力及心理防御机制等结构特征。通过提供经济帮助、加强人文关怀、重视情感支持和关注心理教育等多种途径,能够不断提升高校贫困生的心理弹性,从而为社会培养身心健康发展的高素质人才。The needy students' mental health in universities has aroused wide public concern,and studies on it have taken up an important area in psychology.As the instinct of self-protection,resilience can help the needy students copy with stress and overcome adversity positively.These students' resilience depends on its structural character,such as self-cognition,attribution type,emotional management,and psychological defense mechanism.By offering economic help,strengthening humanistic care,attaching importance to affective support,and paying attention to mental teaching etc.,these students can promoted the resilience gradually.Thus,high quality talents with good physical and mental health can be cultivated.
