内江地区青少年恒牙龋病抽样调查报告

摘　　要：目的:了解四川省内江地区青少年人群口腔健康状况,探讨青少年恒牙患龋原因,为制定龋病防治规划提供参考依据。方法:根据WHO《口腔健康调查方法》,参考"全国第三次口腔流行病学调查方法",在内江市五个区县及市区,随机抽取12个调查点,分12岁和15岁两个年龄组,各调查600人,男女比为1:1,共调查1200人。结果:内江地区12岁组总患龋率38.3%,龋均为1.02;15岁组总患龋率为48.3%,龋均为1.38。12岁组与15岁组的患龋率与龋均差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。男生总患龋率为40.00%,龋均为1.05;女生总患龋率为46.70%,龋均为1.35。男女生组的患龋率与龋均差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:内江地区青少年恒牙患龋率低于全国平均水平,但龋病广泛存在,须加强防治,普及口腔保健教育。Objective：To obtain some information of the prevalence of dental caries in teenagers in Neijiang area,to discuss its causes,and provide data basis for preliminary oral health care.Methods：Based on WHO oral survey standards,dental caries prevalence was investigated in 1200 teenagers from 12 survey sites.They were di-vided into 12-and 15-age groups,600 ineach growp,male ：female=1：1.Results：The prevalent rate of caries of 12-year-old group was 38.33%,the mean DMFT was 1.02.The prevalent rates of caries of 15-year-old group was 48.33%,and the mean DMFT respectively is 1.38.The prevalent rate of caries of male was 40.00%,the mean DMFT was 1.05.The prevalent rate of caries of female was 46.70%,the mean DMFT was 1.35.Conclusion：The prevalent rate of caries of teenagers in Neijiang area are relatively low compared to other cities.However dental caries exists extensively.The prevention and treatment of dental caries need to be enhanced.
