摘　　要：忧患意识作为中国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,先秦儒家有关忧患的思想是其活水源头,忧国忧民是其核心内容,修齐治平是其精神旨归,乐生入世、积极进取的救世精神是其外在体现。其思想精华是儒家历代学人所坚守的精神支柱,是中华民族生生不息的动力之源。Sense of crisis,as a significant part of the Chinese traditional culture,its original stream is from the Pre-Qin Confucian thought of crisis,concerning for the country and people is its core content;＂bringing peace to the realm lies in the ability to govern the country ＂is its spiritual purpose;the spirit of saving the world of worldly spirit and making positive progress is its external embodiment.The ideological essence is the spiritual pillar the Confucian scholars adhered to and the endless power source of the Chinese nation.
