摘  要:国家教育进展评价(NAEP)是目前美国国内惟一定期在各个学科领域持续测评中小学生学业成就的全国性评价项目。近年来,NAEP为促进残障学生参与评价制定了相关政策,并通过向残障学生提供适应性调整措施和专门决策来组织实施,取得了较好的成效。The National Assessment of Evaluation Progress (NAEP) is currently the only national continuing assessment program which periodically evaluates primary and secondary students academic achievement in various subject areas in the United States. In recent years,to encourage the students with disabilities to participate in it,NAEP has made some relevant policies and implemented them through providing accommodations and making special decisions, in which it has made good achievements.
