摘　　要：为保证8年制的教育质量,我们从2004年开始对414名8年制学生的心理状态及学生对教学管理、教学效果的反馈等方面进行了调查,以便及时发现办学过程中的问题,从而制定相应的改革措施,更好地完善8年制医学教育这项创新工程。Since 2004, we have investigated 414 eight-year MD program students’psychological status and their feedback of the teaching administration and effectiveness. These executive measures will help us to identify and solve the problems emerged in this eight-year medical education system and surely will make great contribution to the improvement of this innovative medical education system.
