摘 要:目的通过导师年度考核情况分析,为提高导师队伍建设提供依据。方法对某高校在岗导师2008年度考核数据进行分析。结果论文发表SCI者占9.46%,CSSCI/CSCD、EI者占52.17%,其他期刊占38.38%;拥有科研经费者占60.54%;给研究生课堂授课者占37.03%,独立开设研究生课程者占35.41%;在社会学术团体中有兼职者占56.49%;研究生评分超过90分者占67.84%;25.41%导师属于学科骨干(优秀)担负着院系学科建设与发展的重担。结论导师自身素质建设仍需加强,完善的导师工作管理、评价体系有助于促进导师工作的热情和责任感。Objective To analyze the data of the annual examination to the tutor, which can provide the basis for the improvement of the construction of tutor troops. Methods Making a statistical analysis on the related examination data of the tutor employed by one advanced school in the year of 2008. Results The proportion of the tutor who published research papers in SCI accounted for 9.46%, and issued academic papers in CSSCI/CSCD, EI was 52.17%,while published in other ranks of periodicals occupied 38.38%; About 60.54% of all-the-job tutors owned their own research fundings. Those who were taught in postgraduate class collectively and offered postgraduate course independently accounted for 37.03% and 35.41% respectively. Those doing a part-time job in social academic community was 56.49%; Those whose scores were evaluated by postgraduate more than 90 points held 67.84%; 25.41% of supervisors were the backbone in their discipline (excellent), who shouldered the burden of the construction and development in their academic faculty. Conclusion Supervisors’own quality should be strengthened. In addition, the perfect management of mentor work and evaluation system may help to promote the supervisors’passion and sense of responsibility for their work.
