北京市大兴区2006—2009年部分食品重金属污染物的监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市大兴区部分食品中以铅、镉、汞为代表的重金属污染现状,为食品安全监管提供依据。方法监测2006—2009年大兴区粮食、肉类等7类324件食品,检测食品中铅、镉、总汞等重金属污染物,将检测结果与国家相关标准对照。结果 4年间食品中铅、镉、总汞的合格率分别为94.8%、96.6%、93.5%。结论大兴区监测食品中重金属含量合格率较高,但在粮食、肉类等食品中存在不同程度重金属污染,今后应加强对各类食品的监测及安全监管。[Objective] To understand the pollution status of heavy metals of lead,cadmium and mercury in some food,and provide evidence for food safety supervision.[Methods]A total of 324 food samples,including grain and meat,collected from 2006-2009 were monitored and detected for heavy metals of lead,cadmium and mercury.The results were compared with related national standards.[Results]The qualified rate of lead,cadmium and mercury was 94.8%,96.6%,93.5%,respectively in the past 4 years.[Conclusion]The qualified rate of heavy metal content is high in monitored food in Daxing District,but heavy metal contamination exists in grain and meat in various degrees.It is necessary to strengthen monitoring and safety supervision on various foodstuffs.
