摘　　要：馆员继续教育是对图书馆从业人员进行知识更新、拓展和提高的一种再教育。分析了我国图书馆员继续教育的现状,指出了我国图书馆员继续教育工作存在的问题,提出了改善馆员继续教育的策略。The continuing education for librarians is a kind of re-education for renewing,expanding and improving the knowledge of librarians.This paper analyzes the present situation of our country＇s continuing education for librarians,points out some problems existing in our country＇s continuing education for librarians,and puts forward some strategies for improving the continuing education for librarians.
