摘　　要：分析了我国高校图书馆队伍现状,指出了对高校图书馆员进行继续教育的必要性,并针对图书馆员不同的知识结构和层次提出继续教育的内容和途径。This paper analyzes the present situation of the team of China’s university libraries, points out the necessity of carrying out the continuous education for university librarians, and put forward the contents of and ways for the continuous education according to librarians’different knowledge structures and levels.
