生物制药技术专业“双元整合”订单式人才培养模式的实践

摘　　要：针对当前生物制药产业"多面性、小批量、小规模订单式需求旺盛"的人才需求特征,高职生物制药技术专业宜采取"双元整合"订单式人才培养模式,即以学校为主体,面向整个生物制药产业完成通识教育及专业技术教育,在订单培养中,以企业为主体实施职业能力培训,并建立"双元整合"的管理运行机制。Aiming as the talent demand characteristics of ＂variety,small batch and vigorous small scale ordering demand＂ of biological pharmacy industry,the biological pharmacy specialty of higher vocational education should adopt the ＂dual integration＂ ordering talent cultivation model,and its contents are：taking school education as the subject to implement generality education and specialty technology education facing to the whole biological pharmacy industry;taking enterprise as the subject to implement professional ability training and construct effective ＂dual integration＂ management operation mechanism.
