摘 要:婴幼儿血管瘤(infantile hemangioma,IH)是婴幼儿最常见的良性血管性肿瘤,具有独特的生命周期,在出生后快速生长,然后缓慢消退。近年来已经从血管瘤组织中分离出能形成血管的多能干细胞,并且在血管瘤细胞基因突变、基因转录和蛋白表达等方面取得了一些进展,提出了一个新的假说,即血管瘤可能由异常的干细胞分化而来。本文对血管瘤中干细胞的发现、来源、生物学特点以及与其他细胞的关系等进行综述。Infantile hemangioma is one of the most common vascular tumors occurring in infants with high incidence. Its unique life cycle includes the postnatal dramatic growth and subsequently a slow spontaneous involution. Recently a multipotent stem cell capable of de novo blood vessel formation has been isolated from infantile hemangioma, great advances have also been made in the research of gene mutation, transcription and protein expression. A novel proposal is brought out that infantile hemangioma comes from the differentiation of hemangioma stem cell(hemSCs). In this review, we discuss the identification,origin,biological characteristics of hemSCs and its relation with other types of cells based on literature review.
