高校体育教师对继续教育不同需求的调查研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法对高校体育教师继续教育现状进行研究,研究发现继续教育内容以体育学科为主,教师对继续教育表现了较高的主观能动性,同时对继续教育内容、方式与质量的满意度较低;不同群体的需求倾向出现了较大的差异。应改变高校体育教师继续教育的现状,加强对高校教师继续教育涵义和意义的宣传教育,积极调动更大范围的主观能动性;在课程计划、课程实施方面进行改革,应重视教师群体需求特征,建议试行"终身后评审"。The paper adopts the method of literature review,questionnaire and other methods to explore the continuing education of P.E.teachers.It finds that the content of continuing education is focused on sport discipline.And the teachers are willing to participate in it.But they have lower satisfaction to the content, method and quality of the education.Difference of demand among different groups is significant.Therefore,the continuing education of P.E.teachers in HEIs should be improved.The public campaign of the content and significance of P.E.teachers in HEIs should be enhanced to expand the participation.The curriculum and teaching of the education should be reformed to be more demand-driven.A new evaluation system is proposed in this paper.
