摘　　要：随着精益思想的广泛传播,精益管理在更多的领域得到推广。在企业人力资源管理中引入精益思想,实现人力资源管理的精益化,有助于消除企业的人才浪费现象,最大限度地提高人才使用效率,提高企业竞争力。With the wide spread of lean thinking,lean management is being put into use in more fields.It is helpful to eliminate the talent waste,maximize the efficiency of personnel use and improve the competitiveness of enterprises to introduce the lean thinking into human resources management and realize the lean human resources management
