摘　　要：脱乙酰壳多糖(CS)是自然界中唯一的阳离子生物多糖,具有良好的生物相容性、黏附性、降解性、抑菌性和可塑性,可促进伤口愈合和组织再生。下面就CS及其衍生物在牙周病治疗领域中的应用作一综述。Chitosan（CS） is an unique cationic polysaccharide in nature. Chitosan exhibits many unique advantages such as biocompatibility,bio-adhesion,biodegradability,antibacterial,promote wound healing and tissue regeneration. In this paper,the applications of chitosan and its derivatives in the field of periodontal threatment are reviewed.
