摘　　要：从教师培训的目的、内容、结构、时空环境、方式方法、组织管理、评价等多角度入手,实现教师培训的"权益性.效能化;主体性.人本化;示范性.操作化;规范性.弹性化;实践性.现实化;探究性.反思化;整合性.聚核化;生命性.个性化;全景性.网络化",才能保证其工作效果。Starting from purpose,content,structure,space-time environment,methods,organizational management,appraising and many other factors,teacher training should persist in such principles as ＂the rights and interests,efficiency;entity,humanism,demonstration,operating and melting;regulatory,elasticity.practicality,reality;probing,reviewing and melting,combining,gathering cores,life,individualization,panorama,network＂.Onlt in this way can effect of teacher training be guaranteed.
