摘　　要：生命伦理与儒家伦理在对整个人类未来命运的关注上有相通和一致,生命伦理的发展架起了儒家伦理走向现实生活的桥梁,儒家伦理在回应生命伦理问题的同时丰富了自身的内涵,提高了在现实社会中的应变能力;而儒家伦理对道德的起点的论证和解决道德冲突的能力,又为我们解决生命伦理中的冲突与困惑提供了重要的办法和途径。Between bioethics and Confucian ethics, there is a connection and identical concerns for the future of the human beings. The development of bioethics builds a bridge between the Confucian ethics and real life, to which Confucian ethics responds with enhancement of reactive ability within social reality, while its own connotation is enriched. The way to proof is the origin of morals, and to resolve moral conflicts in Confucian ethics provides us important methodology to solve the collision and obfuscation occurring in bioethics.
