摘　　要：从本土化的视角探讨了高等旅游教育人才培养模式改革问题,提出人才培养模式的创新应以文化传承人为主要目标,以知识技能类职业型或实务型一线高端人才为基本规格,以"校政企合作、产学研结合"为主要方式,以休闲文化建设为基本路径,以旅游类各专业教学改革为平台。这些对旅游院校特色发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。The reform of the personnel training modes of higher tourism education should be based on localization as its value orientation; nursing the forefront,top talents who are highly skilled and knowledgeable and willing to be culture-inheriting people should be its basic objective; ＂cooperation among college,government and industry; the combination with producing and studying the research＂ should be its main means; leisure culture construction should be its basic path; teaching reform of the major of higher tourism education should be its platform. Only by these means will the reform be of great academic value and practical guiding significance to the development of higher tourism institutions in minority areas.
