摘  要:美育是审美与教育相结合的产物,以实现人的全面发展为宗旨。高校美育对于大学生自由全面健康地发展具有不可替代的独特作用。然而,目前国内高校美育工作存在定位模糊、师资力量不足以及缺乏理论联系实际等诸多问题,需要采取正确定位和明晰培养目标,规范美育师资队伍建设,建立考核测评机制等措施,从而有效促进高校美育工作的健康发展。Aesthetic education, combining aesthetic and education, aims at integrated development of everyone. Aesthetic education in Higher Education Institutions plays a major role in the healthy and integrated development of college students. However, there are a lot of problems, such as fuzzy location, short of teachers and linking theory with practice, of aesthetic education in Higher Education Institutions in nations so far. It's necessary to adopt a measure to promote the development of aesthetic education healthily in Higher Education Institutions, for instance, proper location and training objective, ruling a aesthetic education teacher groups and a perfect examine system.
