摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在颅咽管瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法对切片进行染色,利用高清晰彩色医学图文分析系统对30例釉质上皮型颅咽管瘤和30例鳞型乳头型颅咽管瘤及5例正常脑组织标本中MMP-9的表达进行检测分析。结果 MMP-9在颅咽管瘤中呈高表达,釉质上皮型肿瘤表达强于鳞型乳头型,复发组高于原发组。同时,MMP-9也表达于肿瘤的血管内皮细胞,实体性肿瘤表达更明显。结论 MMP-9广泛表达于颅咽管瘤细胞和血管内皮细胞,可能参与了肿瘤的侵袭、复发和血管生成,在一定程度上可以作为评价颅咽管瘤侵袭性和预后的指标。Objective To explore the expression of MMP-9 in craniopharyngioma（CP） and its clinical signification.Methods With immunohistochemical stains and Image Pro-Plus 6 analysis system,the expression of MMP-9 of 30 cases of adamantimous CP,30 cases of papillary squamous CP,and 5 cases of normal brain tissure（control group） were analyzed.Results MMP-9 was highly expressed in tumor samples.The expression of MMP-9 was high in adamantinous CP veruse papillary tumor,recurrence tumor veruse primary tumors.In addition,MMP-9 was also defected in endothelamal cell with a high expression in solid CP.Conclusion Overexpression of MMP-9 can be defected in every subgroups of CP and distribute in tumor cell and vascular endothelial cells.MMP-9 may play an important role in the regional invasion,angiogenesis,and recurrence of tumor.The over-expression of MMP-9 is valuable to evaluate the invasion of tumor and prognosis of patients.
