定向筛选发酵白酒糟生产饲料蛋白的优良菌种

摘　　要：报道了发酵白酒糟生产饲料蛋白的优良菌种选育结果，获得了包括木素木霉（Ｔｒｉｃｈｏｄｅｒｍａｉｇｎｏｒｕｍ）、假丝酵母（Ｃａｎｄｉｄａｓｐ．）、白地霉（Ｇｅｏｔｒｉｃｈｕｍｃａｎｄｉｄｉｕｍ）等６株菌株．经混菌固体浅盘发酵实验，产物粗蛋白含量可达２７５％，比原料中粗蛋白含量提高６７％．This letterpress reported the result of pitch on choi ceness strains that ferments distiller’ grains to produce feedingprotein,get 6 strains include Trichoderma ignorum、Candida and Geotrichurm candidium. Use r this mixed strains fermented solid culture medium in a pan,the contents of raw protein in the production reached 27.5%,and 67% higher than the distiller g r ains.It clew that these strains can ferment distiller’ grains to feedingprote in in industrialization.
