摘　　要：２１世纪师专生物教育专业面临着三大挑战：素质教育的挑战、人才培养模式的挑战、生源危机的挑战．其实质在于：对教师素质的挑战，对人才培养目标、规格、模式的挑战，对课程体系和教学内容的挑战．２１世纪师专生物教育专业应采取三大对策：构建“三结合”模式，提高教师素质；设立新型的培养目标、规格，构建“教育———经济”型人才培养模式；深化改革师专生物教育体系和教学内容，构建“三课一体”The article raises the three challenges the speciality of Biol ogy educa tion is meeting in the normal colleges in Century 21——the challengs of talent education model ,of quality education and of the crisis of student sources.In es sence ,the above is to challenge the teachers′ quality,the target of talent tra ining,specifications and models,and the course system and teaching contents.The a rticle also raises the three countermeasures we are to take:construct THREE MEAS URES IN ONE model so as to improve the quality of the teachers;set up a new type of training target and specifications so as to construct EDUCATIONECONOMY typ e of talent training model;deepen the reform in the c ourse system and teaching content of the Biology education so as to construct TH REE COURSES IN ONE system.
