摘　　要：电大分校招生机制的内涵及其特点主要体现在招生办的设置及其运作机理上。依据招生办是否独立设置可分为独立型招生办与附设型招生办;根据招生办在招生中的作用,又可分为主导型招生办与服务型招生办。经调查分析,湖南电大各分校的招生办,大体可分为四种具体类型,即独立设置的主导型招生办、附设的主导型招生办、附设的服务型的招生办和独立设置的服务型招生办。这四种招生机制各有其优势与缺陷,关键在于解决好招生办的责权利关系、招生办与其他部门的关系、招生与教学的关系等。The student enrollment of TV university recruit connotation and characteristics are mainly embodied in the enrollment office and operation. According to the charge the office can be divided into independent type attached with isolated office. According to the role in enrollment,it can be divided into the leading admissions and service - oriented admissions. Through investigation and analysis of the branch school can be classified into four kinds of types. The recruitment has advantages and disadvantages. The key to solve the relations the admissions office coordinated the relationship with other departments.
