摘　　要：随着社会的发展和科技的进步,人们越来越喜欢食用营养丰富的豆制品,为了提高豆制品干丝加工的效率和满足不同的食用要求,设计了功能实用、使用方便、适合多种场所使用的干丝成型机。干丝成型机采用电动方式,在切丝动作上采用可变刀距的双锟挤压剪切结构,可以制作2种不同粗细的干丝,是一款功能实用、使用方便,适合多种场所使用的干丝成型机。With the developing of society and science,people like healthy food——bean products.In order to improve processing efficiency and meet different demands,this paper designed the practical,friendly use and suitable for various situations machine of forming dried sash of bean curd.The machine adopted motor and changing distance of dual roller squeezing-cutting structure for processing quickly forming two different sizes dried sash of bean curd.The designed dried sash of bean curd machine is suitable for various situations with practical functions and friendly use.
