摘 要:通过恒温加速实验,运用分光光度法测定不同透氧率的软包装材料中的食用油的过氧化值,分析了不同透氧率的软包装材料对食用油氧化特性的影响,理论上含铝箔或镀铝材料的氧化速率较小。结果表明:不同透氧率的包装材料对食用油的氧化影响是显著的;在进行盒中袋内袋材料的选择时,选择透氧率低的包装材料是合理的。Thermostatic acceleration test was done on edible oil in flexible packaging materials with different oxygen permeability.Peroxide value was measured by spectrophotometric method,and the influence of flexible packaging materials with different oxygen permeability on the edible oil oxidation characteristics was analyzed.Theoretically the oxidation rate of PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE are less than NY/PE.The results show that the influence of packaging materials with different oxygen permeability on the edible oil oxidation characteristics is distinct,and at the time of selecting the material of inner bag for bag-in-box,it is reasonable to choose the packaging materials with lower oxygen permeability.
