摘　　要：信息化条件下联合作战初级指挥人才应具备什么样的物理素养,开设哪些物理课程?本文作了详细讨论和分析,具体讨论了物理素养在联合作战初级指挥人才培养中的重要地位和作用,对信息化条件下联合作战中的军事高新技术(武器)、战场电磁环境的物理基础作了具体分析并提出了联合作战初级指挥人才培养方案中物理课程体系的设想。This paper focuses on the physical accomplishments and course design for training joint operational junior commanders under information conditions. It not only figures out the important roles of physical accomplishments in training joint operational junior commanders under information conditions in detail,but works out a relevant physical course system on the basis of the physical analysis of sophisticated military technology （weapons） and battle field magnetic environment as well.
