摘　　要：将STEP的方法和规范应用于机械CAD／CAM系统开发是解决信息集成的重要技术方法之一。本文在研制汽车后桥园锥齿轮CAD的实践中，采用的CAD信息建模方法严格按STEP标准组织数据，对零件产品数据采用统一的信息模型，制定了汽车后桥园锥齿轮的应用协议（ZCAP），利用SDAI开发应用程序界面，提出了一种实现CAN、CAPP、CAM各功能子系统之间的信息集成与共享的方法。How to make practical use of themethod and standard of STEP in development of mechanical CAD system is one of the key technigues of information integration. In this paper, CAD information modeling method adopted organizes data according to STEP standard in developing bevel gear CAD system. The part product data adopts uniform information model. An application protocol of the bevel gear(ZCAP) must be formulated. SDAI is used to develop the applied program interface. The method of the CAD/CAPP/CAN subsystem share integrated information is provided.
