高职院校建设劳务外派基地的思考

摘　　要：随着世界劳务市场的发展,发展技能型劳务外派将是我国今后提升对外劳务合作层次的趋势。通过高职院校建设劳务外派基地,发挥高职院校的专业优势和信息优势,建立区域性的劳务外派公共服务平台,规模化培养高技能劳务外派人才,构建起可持续发展的毕业生劳务外派体系。With the development of world labor market, the development of skilled labor export will be the trend in improving the level of labor export and cooperation. This essay advocates relying on higher vocational colleges to construct labor export bases by making use of higher vocational colleges＇ advantages in specialty and information, establishing public service platforms for regional labor export and making the export of skilled labor into scale, so as to strengthen regional cooperation and construct sustainable graduate labor export systems.
