摘　　要：体育教学效果的提高，始终是我们学校体育教育的研究目标．本文通过对学生不同形式准备活动兴趣调查分析，认为体育课准备活动的安排应遵循人体生理机能的活动规律，积极调动学生的学习兴趣，使学生能够精神振奋、情绪饱满地开始一堂课的学习。To enhance the effectiveness of PE instruction has always been the research goal of physical education in schools and universities. Through investigations into and analyses of students' internets in various forms of preparatory activities, the present paper proposes that arrangement of these activities should follow the law of human physiological functioning and vigorously activate students' interests. Only in this way can students start a nwe lesson in high spirits and with great vitality.
