摘  要:建设高质量的高职教师队伍是高职教育的核心环节,目前高职教师来源多,素质参差不齐。通过访谈、问卷调查等探索并识别出高职院校教师教学胜任的关键因素,并构建适合高等职业院校教师教学胜任特征模型,提出加强高职院校师资队伍建设的发展战略,为师资队伍的建设和管理提供较为客观的依据,促进"双师型"教师教学水平和质量的提高。The core of vocational college education is to build a high-quality teaching team. At present, the sources of vocational teachers are diverse and the quality differs, too. The paper adopts methods like interview and survey to explore and recognize key factors for teaching competency in vocational colleges to build the characteristics modal, based on which the developing strategy for strengthening construction of teaching team is also proposed. The modal acts as standards for selection and training in management of teaching team, and for improving quality of "double-qualified teachers".
