河南省高职院校体育师资队伍结构的实证研究

摘　　要：通过采用文献调查法、问劵调查法、专家访谈法对河南省高职院校体育师资队伍的职称、学历、年龄结构和科研现状进行调查分析可知,河南省高职院校体育师资队伍的年龄结构基本合理,但结构建设整体水平不高,主要表现在职称结构偏低、学历层次较差、科研能力不强等。提出了改善和提高河南省高职院校体育师资队伍结构的发展对策。The research has investigated the present situation of PE teachers structure,including their professional titles,academic credentials,age structure and scientific research ability in vocational colleges in Henan by literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistic methods.The finding is that age structure of teachers is quite reasonable,however,the constructive level of teachers structure is relatively low,including low titles,low academic credentials,low scientific research ability,etc.It also supplies some feasible suggestions to improve such situation.
