摘　　要：社会转型期大学生价值观日益多元化,就业选择的价值取向趋于功利性,对大学生现阶段的就业选择行为须进行反思,认真做好教育引导。做好大学生就业选择行为的教育引导,一方面要加强间接性"社会控制",做好职业规划和择业观教育;另一方面要加强直接性"社会控制",做好制度环境的营造。During the period of social transformation,the college students＇ value is increasingly diversified,and their value orientation on employment has become more and more utilitarian. Under this social circumstances,we need to reflect the college students＇ present employment choices in order to conduct a good educational direction. To achieve this goal,on one hand,teachers need to reinforce the indirect ＂social control＂ ,guiding students in the occupational planning and selecting job; on the other hand,teachers need to reinforce direct ＂social control＂ ,creating a good system circumstances.
