摘 要:加热炉燃烧过程具有非线性、慢时变、大滞后及含有许多不确定因素的特点,文章针对加热炉燃烧控制系统炉温控制精度不高而造成超调或调节速度慢的状况,把基于经验和运行技术的人工智能引入控制系统中,利用模糊控制规则自适应地在线对温度控制回路PID调节参数进行优化整定,使控制器在生产运行的响应速度和准确性之间做出最佳的控制参数设置,从而优化整个温控系统。Combustion proeess of reheating furnace is a non-linear,slow tine variant and large delay process,and there are many uncertain factors,therefore,temperature control accuracy of combustion contral system for reheating furnace is not high,and adjusting speld is low or overshoot is happened.Artificial intelligence based on experience and operation skill was introtuced into control system,and fuzzy control rules were adopted to optimize and set PID adjustive parameters of temperature control cricuit adaptationally.The controller makes the best control parameter setting between production response speed and accuracy,then,entire temperature control system was optimized.
