摘　　要：班级学生的社会资本对于学生人力资本的获得乃至班级有价值物的获得具有重要影响。班级弱势学生群体的形成固然有学生自身的因素,但师生关系、生生关系、亲子关系中具有人格特质的的期望与标定、信息阻隔、排斥与隔离、规范与权威等社会资本的缺失影响弱势群体的发展。我们应据此提出相应的教育对策。The social capital in the class is of great importance in acquisition of human capital even valued possession in the class. The disadvantaged group of students is formed because of their innate defect of themselves, but the personality traits in the teacher-student relations, student-student relations, parent-children relations will influence the growth of the disadvantaged students, and the insufficient social capital will also play the part.
