摘　　要：本文从创新横向项目管理工作机制,加强高校科技产业意识,实施学校对横向项目工作的宏观管理与调控,建立激励机制等方面,阐释了高校横向项目管理的规范化方式及其重要意义。This paper explains the methods for standardization of the project management and significance from several aspects of innovating crosswise project management mechanism,strengthening the consciousness of university＇s science and technology industry,the implementation of macro regulation and management of school,establishing incentive mechanism,and so on.
