校企合作模式下经管类专业实践教学师资队伍建设的探讨

摘　　要：在实践中,高职经管类专业实践教学师资建设方面存在:学科型教师仍占主导地位、对实践教学的重视和投入不够、教师自身的实践能力较缺乏、教师职业培训和规划管理较缺乏等问题。在校企合作模式下,学校可通过深化"双赢"的校企合作模式、营造实践性教学第一的教育环境、深化人事制度改革、完善教师实践教学的考核制度、系统规划教师的职业培训等措施来建设专业实践型师资队伍。In practice,many problems exist in the construction of practical teaching staff： the subject mode teachers dominate the colleges;investment and attention of practical teaching are inadequate;teaching staff lack of practical ability,professional training and planning management are insufficient.In the college-enterprise cooperation mode,colleges can adopt many measures to build up practical teaching staff： deepening the win-win of college-enterprise mode;creating practical teaching environment,strengthening HR reform,perfecting examination system and designing training for teaching staff.
