摘 要:探索利用ATP生物发光技术快速检测牛乳体细胞数的可行性。利用ATP生物发光技术测定牛乳体细胞中ATP的浓度,根据体细胞中ATP的浓度与体细胞数成正比的原理,推算出牛乳中的体细胞数,并与显微镜计数法对比,分析两种方法之间的相关性。结果表明:ATP生物发光技术的检测结果与显微镜计数法有很好的相关性,是一种快速、简便的检测牛乳体细胞的方法。To investigate the feasibility of ATP bioluminescence technique as a repid detection method for the somatic cell count in raw milk.The concentration of ATP in somatic cell was measured by bioluminescence technique.According to the relation of direct proportion between the concentration of ATP in somatic cell and the somatic cell count.we can calculate the somatic cell count in crude milk.And the results were compared with direct microscopic count to analysis the correlation between the two methods.There was very good relativity between measuring results of ATP bioluminescence technique and direct microscopic method.And this was a rapid,simple method of detecting somatic cell count.
