摘  要:为了解当前重庆市城区居民膳食营养状况,正确引导食物结构调整,我们于1998年对重庆市179户784名散居居民进行膳食结构与营养状况调查,结果表明:热能及多种营养素摄入充足,而钙摄入不足,脂肪摄入偏高:膳食DDP评分100.3分,谷类摄入不足,动物性食品尤其猪肉摄入过多:居民消瘦、肥胖构成百分比分别为6.98%和17.21%:贫血检出占12.5%。据此,提出了相应的营养干预对策。n order to study the status of nutrition and dietary pattern of the urban residents in Changing, and correctly adjust the composition, the authors investigated the nutritional status and food constitution of 179 households and 784 scattered dwtelling inhabitants in Chongqing City in 1998. The results showed that energy and most of nutrients intakes were adequate, the calcium intakes inadequate and fat excessive. DDP score of dietary pattern of the urban inbabitants was 100.3 , The residents consumed grain, mac animal foods, especjally thase of pork. The prevalenae of overmght among adults auounted for 17.21. and that of under weight 6.98%; the prevalence of anemia was 12.5%. Based on these facts , the corresponding nutritional intervention was recommended
