合力外加压手术治疗后极部孔源性视网膜脱离

摘　　要：本文报告采用合力外加压手术治疗44例后极部孔源性视网膜脱离。术后随访3～12月，44例视网膜完全复位（100％）。术后获得0．02以上视力32例（72．7％）。脱盲率达到68．18％。描述了手术操作要点。讨论了合力外加压手术的原理和效果。指出该术式的优点是能建立一个良好的加压嵴以推顶裂孔，术中不放液，黄斑孔不电凝，不冷凝。强调正确选择手术适应证是手术成功的关键。Forty four cases with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment of posteriorpole treated by synthetic forces putting suitable strain on scleral buckelwere reported. In the follow-up for 3 ~ 12 months the retina ws reattached in 44 cases (100%) .There were 32 - (72.7%) achievedpostoperative visual acuity better than 0.02 There were no longer blindin 30 cases (68.18%) .In this paper,the important procedure of sugecal technique were discribed. Surgical principles and its effectiveness were discussed.It was pointed out that advantages of the surgery were a welllocated seleral indenfation which could suitably tamprate the hole, withoutdrainage of subretinal fluid or diathemy of cryocoagulation on macularbreak. It was emphasize that correct selection of operative indication wasthe key of operating success.
