高校教师网络备课的本质与系统设计——兼谈高校教师教学能力培养的途径

摘　　要：高校教师网络备课重在网络交往,其本质是网络学习共同体的生成。高校教师网络备课系统应包括资源层面、技术层面、制度层面三个层面的平台要素,教师、学生、管理与组织者三类群体以及师生关系、管理者与师生的关系、管理者、师生与网络要素的关系三种关系。网络备课不仅能帮助教师很好地完成教学,而且还是高校教师教学能力培养的重要途径之一。University teachers preparing lessons on internet lies mainly in the network communication,and its essence is the formation of internet learning communities. The system of university teachers＇preparing lessons on internet should include resource level,technical level and system level,the three platform elements; teachers,students,and administrating-organizing personnel,the three groups; and teacher-student relationship,the relationship between managers and teachers-students,the relationship between administrators-teachers-students and the network elements,the three relationships. Lessons preparation on internet can not only help teachers accomplish teaching,but also be one of important ways to develop teaching ability of university teachers.
