摘　　要：当前,师范院校美术教育中,技能素质与人文素质"一手硬、一手软"的问题没有完全解决。以科学发展观为指导,培养新型美术教育人才,需要大力促进学生人文素质与技能素质协调发展。为此,要在深化改革中优化课程设置,在内容相互渗透中提高教学质量,在创新教育中培养合格人才,在实践拓展中全面提升素质。At present,there is still a problem of ＂a promotion of skills,but a neglect of humanistic qualities＂ in the art education at teachers colleges.To train new talents of the art education guided by the Scientific Development Perspectives,it is necessary to greatly promote the harmonious development of students＇ humanistic qualities and skills.Thus,it is required to optimize the curriculum in intensifying the reform,to improve the teaching quality in permeating the contents,to train qualified talents in innovation education,and comprehensively improve the qualities in practice and development.
